Transit time from main ports in China to main ports in Australia is about 12 to 25 days depending on the port location. For example, if you ship from Shenzhen port in China to Sydney it takes about 12 to 15 days.  If you ship from Shanghai port in China to Melbourne

it takes about 15 to 18 days. If you ship from Qingdao port in China to Brisbane it takes about

20 to 27 days. If you ship from China to remote ports in Australia like fremantle Adelaide

Townsville or Hobart or Darwin, it takes longer.

okay that's the port to port transit time. How we calculate the door to door transit time by sea ?

Door to door transit time will depend on the detailed address in China and in Australia.

For example, if the Chinese factory address and the Australian delivery address are within 50 kilometers from the port, when you choose FCL shipping like a 20ft or 40ft container ,you can

calculate door to door transit time by adding one week on top of port to port transit time. if you choose LCL shipping via sharing a container with others, you can add 10 days on top of port to port transit time.
