On June 5th, my customer named Munira advised that she want to buy products from different factories in China and then ship all together in one shipment from China to Fremantle,Australia
According to the quantity of all her products, we suggest her to send all products in our Chinese warehouse . We provide storage and then ship all products in a 20ft container. We quoted Munira shipping price and got her approval. Then we move ahead
We talked with Munira’s Chinese factories directly to get cargo details and cargo ready date and keep Munira updated of the progess.
On July 10th, After we get all the products into our Chinese warehouse, we arrange container loading and send pictures to Munira. Also we advise Munira of our shipping schedule
On July 18th ,We prepare all shipping and customs docs for Munira and send to our Australia team for AU customs clearance
On August 6th, when vessel arrive at Fremantle Australia, My Australian team contacted Munira for Australian customs clearance and make container delivery plan
On August 7th We checked with Munira if she received the container and if she is happy with our service
